Terms of sale

1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern the sale of paid access on CtrlC-CtrlV (ctrlc-ctrlv.net), published by a sole trader registered in France — SIRET 944 127 331 00014.

The service consists of preparing personalized summaries for certain tax returns, which you copy yourself onto official websites. Most procedures on the site are free; only the most involved returns and the optimization calculators are paid.

2. Offers and prices

• Tax optimization — €2.90: access to the optimization calculators for 30 days.
• Single — €4.90: 1 paid procedure of your choice.
• Duo — €7.90: 2 paid procedures of your choice.
• Family Pack — €12.90: 4 paid procedures of your choice.

For the Single, Duo and Family Pack offers, the access code is valid for the stated number of distinct procedures and can be used at any time: each procedure is chosen freely when first unlocked, then remains accessible, correctable, and recalculable with the same code for 24 hours and within a limit of 5 calculations (limits designed to prevent code sharing). Beyond that, the corresponding credit is used up; the recap can be downloaded as a PDF at any time during the period. Unlocking an additional procedure requires a new purchase.

Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (VAT franchise scheme). One-time payment: no subscription, no automatic renewal. Codes purchased before July 2026 keep their original behavior (full access for their validity period).

3. Payment

Payment is made by card via the secure Stripe platform. CtrlC-CtrlV never has access to your card details and stores none of them.

4. Delivery of access

Immediately after payment, an access code (licence) is shown on screen and, if you entered an email address at checkout, sent by email. This code activates full access on all your devices for the duration of the chosen offer. Keep it safe.

5. Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by confirming your purchase you request its immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If anything goes wrong (code not received, access not working…), contact us: we will fix or refund any purchase where the service could not be delivered.

6. Limits of the service

CtrlC-CtrlV helps you prepare your paperwork: it is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Information (boxes, amounts, caps, dates) is indicative and must be verified against official sources. You remain solely responsible for the declarations you file with the authorities.

7. Complaints and mediation

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
