This page describes the data processed by CtrlC-CtrlV (ctrlc-ctrlv.net), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processed

• Deadline reminders: your email address, if you enable a reminder (legal basis: consent). Kept until you unsubscribe — an unsubscribe link is included in every email.
• Purchases: the generated licence code and, if entered at checkout, your email address (legal basis: performance of the contract). Kept for the validity period of the access.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. CtrlC-CtrlV never sees or stores any card details.
• Questionnaire answers: stored only in your browser (localStorage). For paid procedures, they are sent to our server just long enough to compute your summary, and are not kept.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no profiling. Your browser’s local storage (localStorage) is used purely for functionality: chosen language, licence code, in-progress answers.

Audience measurement: simple anonymous, cookieless counters (page viewed, procedure visited). No IP address, no identifier, and no personal data are recorded, and your browser’s "Do Not Track" setting is honored.

Recipients and processors

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — site hosting and technical storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending reminder and licence emails.

Transfers of data outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to ctrlc.ctrlv.net@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.
